The van carries picks, a decoder, spare euro barrels, and a small drill kit. If we can pick it, we pick it. Drilling is the last card.

We open locks without wrecking the frame when the cylinder still allows it. If the pin stack is dead, we recut on the bench and fit a new barrel before you lose the evening.
What we open
Cylinders, shutters, and the odd gate that rusted shut.
Most jobs in Jaffa are euro cylinders that turned once too often, shutter locks after a dusty summer, or a car key that snapped at the marina. We try non-destructive first.
Bench
Key cutting
House keys, shutter keys, and padlock copies from a clean original. Worn keys we recut from the lock when the blank still exists.
Barrel
Cylinder swap
Standard and anti-snap euro cylinders for street doors. We match the cam and the length so the handle still seats flush.
How a job runs
Call. Arrive. Open.
No script. Three steps, then you keep the keys.
Call the desk
Say the street, floor, and whether the door is wood, steel, or a shutter. If you are locked on the landing we treat it as a night job even in daylight.
Van on the kerb
We quote before the tools come out. Old Jaffa alleys, Florentin courtyards, Bat Yam blocks — same van, different parking argument.
Open and hand over
You get the old barrel in a bag if we swapped it, plus two keys. Receipts are written on the pad, not emailed from a portal.
Hours & coverage
Jaffa first. Then the streets that share the same locksmiths.
The shop is on Raziel. The van covers Tel Aviv-Yafo, Florentin, Ajami, and Bat Yam. Beyond that we still come — the clock just runs longer.
Shop hours
Sun–Thu 08:00–18:00. Friday 08:00–13:00. Saturday the shutter stays down; the night line still answers.
Street doors
Stone houses and walk-ups. We carry long and short euro barrels so the thumbturn does not hit the frame.
Jaffa / Ajami
Usually under 25 minutes from Raziel, unless the alleys are blocked for a wedding.
Florentin
Courtyard gates and studio shutters. Bring the building code if the street door is on a timer.
Bat Yam
Beach blocks and older cylinders. Night rate after 20:00, same as the rest of the city.
Numbered jobs
What lands on the pad most weeks.
The list is not a catalogue. It is the work we actually write receipts for.
Locked out
Picking, decoding, or a controlled drill if the cylinder is seized. We do not kick doors.
Shutter keys
Shop fronts on Yefet and the side streets. Copies from a good original, or a new shutter lock if the barrel is ovalled.
Car keys
Mechanical cuts and transponder clones when the blank and the chip match. We are not a dealership programming desk.
