Paper
Privacy note
Updated 4 September 2026 · Jaffa Keys, company no. 516882104
This is a locksmith shop. We keep what we need to open a door and write a receipt — not a marketing file.
Who holds the notes
Jaffa Keys, 22 Raziel Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6802914. Phone +972 3 682 4410. Email desk@jaffakeys.pro.
If you write or call, the desk is the controller of that message. We do not sell lists.
What we collect
- Name, phone, street, and lock type when you book a call-out.
- The receipt: work done, amount, date. Paper first; a photo of the pad only if you ask for it.
- Email if you send one. We do not add you to a newsletter — there isn’t one.
The yellow strip (cookies)
The top tape banner stores one flag in sessionStorage named jk-cookie so the strip stays closed for that browser session. It is not an advertising cookie. Closing the tab clears it.
The site does not load analytics tags, ad networks, or social pixels. Forms on this site do not post to a server; they stay in the page unless you send mail yourself.
How long notes stay
Call-out slips and receipts are kept as long as tax rules in Israel require for a small shop. We do not keep copies of house keys. Old barrels go back to you in a bag unless you leave them.
Night jobs may require a look at ID. We do not photocopy ID unless a building manager demands it for a common door — and then the copy is theirs, not a file we market from.
Your requests
Ask the desk to correct a phone number or to destroy a note that is not needed for the receipt. Write desk@jaffakeys.pro or come in during shop hours.
You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority if you think we held data we should not have. We would rather fix it on Raziel first.
