Finding us
Yellow tape sign, not a mall unit.
Buses stop on Yefet. Walk toward the clock square and turn onto Raziel. There is no customer parking lot — use the street or come on foot with the key in your pocket.
Call-outs
Tell us the entrance, not just the city.
Jaffa, Florentin, Bat Yam. If the courtyard gate is on a code, say the code or meet us on the street. We do not wait in a lobby for twenty minutes.
What to bring
Copies are faster with the original in hand.
The original
Not a photocopy. Worn keys we can still read if the grooves are there.
The old barrel
If you already pulled it, bring it. Length is easier to match in the hand than from a photo.
ID on night jobs
If you are opening a door that is not obviously yours, we will ask. That is for you as much as for us.
